This time we're going to meet at Ulysses, an Irish pub in the heart of the financial district, with good atmosphere and friendly Irishmen + some friendly Irishwomen, or at least they're always friendly to me :)
We'll meet inside Ulysses. The bar has 2 rooms: one with a large bar in the middle, and the other one with tables and a smaller bar on a side. We'll be in the second room by the smaller bar.
Note that streets in Financial District don't always go in a grid-like maner, like the rest of Manhattan. Nothing too complicated but I still suggest printing this map so that you don't get lost on the way there.
